Reserve Location
Reserve location for party.
Mail invitations to each family, giving time, date & location; directions, etc. Also include the cost of rental and each family's part in paying rental.

Decorations/Tree
Provide table coverings, centerpieces (optional), tree and decorations, unless tree is provided by the facility.
Responsible for taking down of decorations.

Kitchen Duty
Make coffee; provide cups, cream, sugar & stirrers.
Assist in the warming of food.
See that all food has been placed on the table at meal time.
Keep food area organized
Bring extra serving utensils
Keep dishes washed up and garbage area clean
Bring ice chest and ice
Bring hot pads

Games
Organize man's and women's Gift Game (Dirty Santa)
Make numbers for drawing
Keep up with gift swap
Bingo (optional)
If you choose to have Bingo, bring prizes.

Clean Up Of Room
Completely responsible for clean-up of room, as required by facility where we are having party. This includes kitchen area.

General Info:

10:00 a.m. - Coffee; misc. snacks are optional
12:30 p.m. - Lunch (only 1 meal at the gathering)
1:30 p.m. - Picture time!
2:00 p.m. - Santa Game, followed by Bingo
5-6 p.m. - Say "Goodbye"


NOTE:
Each family will bring food; please bring a large amount. Each family will bring their own paper goods. Coffee and water will be furnished by kitchen crew. Bring soft drinks or tea if you want. Don't forget to bring serving utensils.

Also be sure to bring a men's or women's gift for the "Dirty Santa" game for each member of your family that will participate.
